Apply for E-Pass for Essentials Services during Lockdown In Assam.

Assam Government is providing three different E-Pass for the Essential Services to the people of Assam during the Lockdown. The passes are separate for Vehicles, Visitors and Temporary Entry Pass.

You have to fill all the basic information such as the Name, Number, Email Id, Organization Details, Address etc. and upload some required documents for the verification purpose. After the verification and allocation of pass the person will be informed about the same.

    Respected Sir,
    The purpose of writing this letter is to inform you that I have to go to Sanagareddy to Ryakal (Village) Narayanaked (Mandal). Why because my wife & two small kids are the last 30-days to here in her mother’s home. On that side, hospital facilities are not good. My second kid (Srithika) age is 10-months now teeth coming time that’s why I take of my family to sangareddy. I request to you please allow us to travel. We understand that it is a lock downtime.

      You have to apply it on the link given on the post for Telangana ,

      if this is an medical emergency , you may visit ors.gov.in and click on book appointment, then enter your mobile number and enter security code

      Then chose I have Adhar, and from there on select your state, and government hospital and book an online appointment. You can show it the police in case they stop you as it is a medical emergency… or simply call 104 for more information
