BSE Odisha has released results for the Class 10th exam 2020 on its official website today i.e. 29th July 2020 at 10 AM. The Overall pass percentage is 78.76% this year.

Candidates who have appeared for Class 10th board exam 2020  can download their results from the official website of BSE Odisha i.e. bseodisha.ac.in.

Sameer Dash, School and Mass Education minister said, “Students should remember this is the first exam in their life and there are many more to come.”

Candidates may check their results from the official website of BSE Odisha i.e. bseodisha.nic.in or orissaresults.nic.in

This year, more than 5.34 lakh students have appeared for the BSE Odisha Class 10th Examination.

The board usually declares the results in May/June 2020 but this time due to the COVID pandemic and National Lockdown the evaluation process got delayed. As per some reports, the evaluation work was completed in June 2020.

CLASS 12TH RESULT:

The result is expected to release in August 2020 as the board has canceled the pending papers which were postponed due to lockdown in March 2020. The pending examinations were Economics, Geography, Statistics, and Biology.

 LAST YEAR RESULT:

More than 3.97 lakh students appeared for the Class 10th Examination last year. The overall pass percentage was 70.78%.

Steps to download the result for Class 10th board exam 2020:

  1. Visit the official website @ bseodisha.ac.in
  2. On the home page, click on the link “Class 10th-HSC Result 2020” which will be running.
  3. A new page will open, fill in the required credentials.
  4. Your Class 10th board exam 2020 result will appear on your screen.
  5. Download the result and take the print out for future reference.

SUPPLEMENTARY EXAMINATION:

Students who fail to pass in one (or more) subjects will be given a chance to save their year by appearing for that examination again. Students need at least 35% in each subject to pass the examination.

GRADING SYSTEM:

MARKS GRADE
75% or above Distinction
60% or 74% First Division
45% to 59% Second Division
35% to 44% Pass Grade
34% or below Failed
