Goa Board (GBSHSE) has released the result for the Class 12th Examination today on 26th June 2020 at 5 pm on its official website. Candidates who have appeared for the Class 12th Examination 2020 can download the result on the official website of Goa Board i.e. gbshse.gov.in
GBSHSE Class 12th Examination was conducted in the month of March 2020 and due to Coronavirus and National Lockdown two exams were postponed which have been conducted at the end of May 2020.
This year, 18,150 students had appeared for the Goa Board Class 12th Examination 2020 out of which 2,367 students failed the examination this year.
This makes the pass percentage for this year around 86.83% while last year, 89.59% of students cleared the Goa Board Class 12th Examination 2019.
Students that appeared for the Science stream were 5,114, for Commerce were 5,593, for Arts were 4,523 and for Vocational were 2,920.
As per the sources, the evaluation process has been completed and the result might be declared in a few days.
Ramkrishna Samant, Board Chairman stated, “As the evaluation process is over, the board will announce the result declaration date of HSSC exam next week. The students will get their results this month.”

Steps to download result for Goa Board Class 12th: (Online)
- Visit the official website gbshse.gov.in
- On the home page, click on “Class 12th Exam Results 2020”
- A new page will open, fill in the required credentials.
- Click on Submit.
- Your Goa Board Class 12th result will appear on the screen.
- Download and print results for future reference.

Students can get the result on their mobiles via SMS by following the below steps.

Students can also apply for verification if they want to if they expect more marks. In this only, the totaling of the marks would be done again.
For the same, the candidate has to submit a form to the GBSHSE Department.
Students can apply for the re-evaluation where the answer sheets will be checked again, which may result in an increase or decrease of marks.
The same students have to submit the re-evaluation form to the GBSHSE Department.
Students who fail to pass in one (or more) subjects will be given a chance to save their year by appearing for that examination again.
These exams will be conducted in the third week of July 2020 and the result for the same will be released in August 2020.
