The Meghalaya Board of Secondary Education (MBOSE) has released the results for Class 12th (HSSLC) Arts Results on 13th July on its official website. Students who appeared for the MBOSE Class 12th (Arts) Examination can download the result from the official website i.e. megresults.nicin
Around 24,864 students had appeared for the examination this year. The pass percentage for MBOSE Class 12th Arts this year is 74.34%.
No specific timing was shared to release the results for the MBOSE Class 12th (Arts) Examination but it was expected that it would release in the morning like Science and Commerce result.
MBOSE has already released the results for HSSLC (Science and Commerce) and HSSLC Vocational on 9th July 2020.
72.24% of students cleared the Science Stream examination this year while 77.28% of students cleared the Commerce Stream Examination.
MBOSE HSSLC or 12th Exam 2020 was scheduled from 2nd March 2020 to 25th March 2020. But due to increasing COVID cases and National Lockdown, few exams got postponed. These examinations were then rescheduled from 8th June to 10th June 2020.
Due to the increasing COVID cases, the students will have to check the result online only. In order to maintain social distancing, no examination results will be shared on the notice boards of MBOSE Office, Schools, Examination Centres, etc.
Marksheets and Certificates will be distributed amongst the students only after the school reopens.

Steps to check results for MBOSE HSSLC Class 12 Arts exam 2020:
- Visit the official website: megresults.nic.in
- On the home page, select the link for the ‘HSSLC Examination (Arts) – 2020’
- A new page will open, enter your roll number or admit card number along with other details.
- Your MBOSE HSSLC Arts Result 2020 will be displayed on your screen.
- Download the PDF and take a printout for future reference.
Students can also apply for verification if they want to if they expect more marks. In this only, the totaling of the marks would be done again.
For the same, the candidate has to submit a form to Departmental Secretary, MBOSE along with the verification fee per subject.
Students can apply for the re-evaluation where the answer sheets will be checked again, which may result in an increase or decrease of marks.
