NTA declared the result of NEET 2019 at ntaneet.nic.in on 5th June 2019. Nalin Khandelwal from Rajasthan got AIR 1. Candidates who appeared for the National Eligibility cum Entrance Test (NEET) 2019 from Delhi have high passing percentage, almost 74.92%. On the other hand national average is merely around 52 per cent as out of 14,10,755 students who appeared for the exam, a total of 7,97,042 students cleared the same.
Now the next phase of admission to top medical colleges in India will start soon. Medical Counselling Committee will held the process of counselling for all candidates who have qualified NEET 2019 examination. The NTA NEET Cutoff has been released for the admission to more than 95000 MBBS and BDS seats in various medical and dental colleges in India. NEET Merit List will now also be used in the allocation of Veterinary Seats for undergraduate courses such as BVSc, and Animal Husbandry under 15% All India Quota Seats.

NEET is also mandatory for Indian students who are willing to study medicine and related fields. In addition to this, NEET has also been made compulsory for admission to AYUSH courses (BAMS/BUMS/BYMS/BSMS/BHMS) India.
