Rajasthan Board of Secondary Education (RBSE) has released the result for the Class 12th Arts Examination today i.e. 21st July 2020 on its official website. Earlier the result was to release on 17th July 2020 but was not.
The results for RBSE Class 12th Science was released on 8th July 2020 and Class 12th Commerce Stream Examination 2020 was released on 13th July.
RBSE Class 10th results will also be released on 17th July 2020 with the RBSE Class 12th (Arts) examination result.
Class 10th and 12th examination were scheduled in March 2020 but due to coronavirus pandemic and national lockdown, it was postponed. These pending exams were then rescheduled and conducted in June 2020.
APPEARING STUDENTS THIS YEAR:
This year, around 5 lakh students have appeared for the RBSE Class 12th Arts Stream Examination 2020.
This year around 12 lakh students have appeared for Class 10th examination. In the 2019 Examination, around 11 lakh students appeared for the Class 10th examination.
LAST YEAR RESULTS:
Around 20 lakh students appeared in the board examinations last year. As many as 9 lakh students appeared in Class 12, and 11 lakh in Class 10. The board conducted the examination from 7th March to 14th March 2019.
Due to heavy traffic on the official website, candidates may face issues in checking their RBSE Class 10th and 12th result. In that case, students may visit the alternative result websites, the link for which has been provided below. Click on the below direct link t0 check your result.
Steps to download the Result for RBSE Class 10th and 12th Exam 2020:
- Visit the official website @ rajeduboard.rajasthan.gov.in
- On the home page, scroll down and click on the link “Result 12th Exam 2020-ARTS”
- A new page will open, fill in the required credentials.
- Your RBSE Class 12th Arts Exam 2020 result will appear on your screen.
- Download and take the print out for future reference.
Students can also apply for verification if they want to if they expect more marks. In this only, the totaling of the marks would be done again.
For the same, the candidate has to submit a form to Departmental Secretary, RBSE along with the verification fee per subject.
Students can apply for the re-evaluation where the answer sheets will be checked again, which may result in an increase or decrease of marks.

Students who fail to pass in one (or more) subjects will be given a chance to save their year by appearing for that examination again. Students need at least 35% in each subject to pass the examination. If any student scores below the required percentage, he/she will be given a second chance to appear for that subject.
