UP Board has announced the result for Class 10th and 12th today i.e. 27th June 2020 at 12 noon on its official website soon. Candidates who had appeared for the UP Board Class 10th and 12th Examination 2020 can download their result from the official website of UP Board i.e. upmsp.edu.in
UP Deputy CM Dinesh Sharma, in his video conference on 2nd June 2020 stated that “The result for Class 10th and 12th will be released on 27th June 2020. The evaluation work for Class 10th and 12th has been completed and the result making is under process.”
Around 56 lakh students are waiting for the UP Board Class 10th and 12th results.
All the students will get their mark sheets after 10 days of result declaration. Allahabad High Court announced that from this year onwards all the mark sheets will contain the name of the school, name of students, and other important details in both Hindi and English language.
Due to COVID-19, Class 10th and 12th Examination have been postponed in all states due to Lockdown, due to which the evaluation process has been delayed.
Earlier the fake news was circulated stating that all the Class 10th and 12th students will be promoted without evaluation and result but was soon clarified on the official website.

Steps to download the result for UP Board Class 10th and 12th Examination 2020: (ONLINE)
- Visit the official website @ upmsp.edu.in or upresults.nic.in or
- On the home page, click on “Class 10th and 12th Result”
- New Page will open, fill in the required credentials.
- Your UP Board Class 10th and 12th result will appear on your screen.
- Download and take a print out of the result for future reference.

Class 10th :- SMS type UP10<Roll No> and send to 5676750
Class 12th :- SMS type UP12<Roll No> and send to 5676750
Students can also apply for verification if they want to if they expect more marks. In this only, the totaling of the marks would be done again.
For the same, the candidate has to submit a form to Departmental Secretary, UP Board along with the verification fee per subject.
Students can apply for the re-evaluation where the answer sheets will be checked again, which may result in an increase or decrease of marks.

Students who fail to pass in one (or more) subjects will be given a chance to save their year by appearing for that examination again. Students need at least 35% in each subject to pass the examination. If any student scores below the required percentage, he/she will be given a second chance to appear for that subject.
