Uttarakhand Board of School Education (UBSE) will be releasing the results for Class 10th and 12th on its official website. It is expected that the result will be released today i.e. 29th July 2020 at 11AM.
Candidates who have appeared for the Class 10th and 12th Examination can check their results on the official website UBSE i.e. ubse.uk.gov.in
The examinations were earlier scheduled in March 2020 but due to the COVID pandemic and national lockdown, these examinations were postponed and later conducted between 15th to 20th July 2020. But as most of the areas have been identified as Containment zones many students were not able to appear for the examination.
Class 10th :
TOPPER: Gaurav Saklani who scored 491 marks out of 500 which is around 98.20%.
SECOND: Jigyasa scored 489/500 which is 97.80%
THIRD: Shivani Rawat, Tanuj Jangwan, Lakshita Singh Bisht scored 488/500 which is 97.60%
Class 12th :
TOPPER: Beauty Vatsal who scored 483 marks out of 500 which is around 96.60%.
SECOND: Yugal Joshi scored 477/500 which is 95.40%
THIRD: Five students scored third position who scored 475/500 which is 95%
LAST YEAR RESULT:
Last year the result for Class 10th and 12th was released on the same day i.e. 30th May 2020. More than 2.74 lakh students appeared for the examination.
In class 10th 76.43% of students cleared the examination while in Class 12th 80.1% of students cleared the examination.
The topper for Class 10th was Anita Saklani who scored 99% marks and Topper for Class 12th was Satakshi Tiwari who scored 98% marks.

- Open the official website at ubse.uk.gov.in
- On the home page, click on the link which says “Class 10th/Class 12th Result-2020”.
- A new page will open, fill in the required credentials.
- Your UBSE Class 10th/12th result will be displayed on the screen.
- Download it and print it for future reference.

Students can also apply for verification if they want to if they expect more marks. In this only, the totaling of the marks would be done again.
For the same, the candidate has to submit a form to Departmental Secretary, UBSE along with the verification fee per subject.
Students can apply for the re-evaluation where the answer sheets will be checked again, which may result in an increase or decrease of marks.
For the same students have to submit the re-evaluation form to the Departmental Secretary, UBSE along with the nominal fee per subject.
Students who fail to pass in one (or more) subjects will be given a chance to save their year by appearing for that examination again. Students need at least 35% in each subject to pass the examination.
